Baxter Life Care Ltd is a local company, working with local staff, to provide a unique combination of premier health and social care to Lancashire and Greater Manchester. Our aim is to provide a value for money service, to any that require health and social care across the Lancashire and Greater Manchester areas.

We will work in partnership with all customers be the customer a client in their own home or the local CCG we also consider the staff in the field to be intrinsic to the delivery of a quality driven service and feel it is important to work in partnership with them also.

We will implement a personalized program for each client as well as each member of staff to ensure that the client receives the care that they want and the staff are valued and receive the career growth they want.

Bev Baxter
Managing Director
Lead of the Senior Management Team (BLC/BLT). Bev has over 25-years' experience in Health & Social Care, she was previously a qualified Nurse, specialising in general nursing. Bev has experience in Domiciliary Care Management, Strategic Management and Care Coordination for the elderly, young adults, learning disabilities and many other specialist areas.

Bev is the co-owner of Baxter Life Care Ltd and our sister company Baxter Life Training Ltd, and has the role of Managing Director.
Dean Baxter
Finance Director
Co-owner and lead of the Senior Management Team (BLC/BLT).
Dean controls the Business Management and Managing the day-day finance and of Baxter Life's group of Companies. Dean does have experience in Domiciliary Care Management, Strategic Management and working with the homeless.

Dean is also a co-owner of Baxter Life Care Ltd and our sister company Baxter Life Training Ltd, and has the role of Finance Director, and Dean takes responsibility of our Finance department, payroll and HR.
Iola Nyahoe
Branch Manager
Member of the Senior Management Team (BLC),

Iola has over twenty years experience in Customer Service, Industrial Relations and Management roles both within the public and private sector.

Although I am the CQC registered manager for Baxter Life Care Ltd, I will have involvement when necessary (only on Simon Hamer’s permission) and when needed with Baxter Life Training Ltd. In some cases, I will occasionally be taking on the role as a tutor (when requested to do so) for some courses which will be for specialist and complex clients/service users, and helping to develop all care staff incl. those in the Manchester office to help develop their skills and enable them to carry out their duties with very minimal risks.
Caroline Hanan
R.N Manager Manchester
Caroline qualified as an RGN in 2001 where she worked in Accident & Emergency for four years before entering the field of Offender Healthcare within HM Prison Service . During her time in the Prison Service Caroline worked as a Senior Nurse where she embraced the opportunity to attend HMP Rugby to train as an instructor for new starters working in the Reception and Well-man clinics. After six years as a Prison Nurse, Caroline worked for a short period in Elderly Care before returning to Offender Healthcare within the Police custodial environment as a Police Custody Nurse where she currently holds the position of Senior Custody Nurse.

Caroline is a confident and self-motivated individual with the flexibility to work within a constantly changing environment and ensures compliance with legislation, policies and procedures. Equipped with advanced knowledge and new skills acquired and an eagerness to learn, Caroline is now studying her level 5 in healthcare management and a course in recruitment.

Yvonne Barlow
Company Quality Compliance and Business Development Manager
Member of Senior Management Team (BLC/BLT). Yvonne is our Regional Business Development Manager based at our Manchester Branch and she is responsible for our company's networking, cold calling, advertising or other means of generating interest from potential clients.

Yvonne plans various approaches and pitches that will convince potential clients to do business with BLC. She works hard to develop a rapport with new clients, and sets targets for sales and provides support that will continually improve the relationship between BLC/BLT and new clients. Yvonne is also responsible for the continued growth of/and to retain existing accounts by presenting new solutions and services to clients.
Deborah Webster
Regional Child Services Manager
Member of the Senior Management Team (BLC/BLT). Debbie is responsible for ensuring that a safe, effective and high quality services is delivered to the children and young people across the North West, and is based at our Manchester Branch. She is our strategic lead in the North West region and ensures that the vision of BLC Children’s services is delivered through a strategic, innovative approach.

Debbie develops relationships with commissioners of services from organisations requiring our service. I am also accountable for business development, planning and management of the region’s budget
Donna Wright
Office Manager (Blackpool)
Donna is part of our Head Office Team and is responsible for providing both clerical and administrative support to both our Blackpool & Management team. She is also responsible for the 2nd stage of our application process, ensuring all our field care staff are compliant and ready to work safely with our service users.

Donna is also responsible for making sure that new and existing staff are booked in for training with our sister company and provides support to the Assistant Managers and other middle management team. Donna also liaises with our Finance Team at our Head Office Branch.

Jennifer is part of our Head Office HR and Payroll department;

Jennifer's role is to provide support to all branches with budgets, data input, banking and general finances, working closely with our Company Directors and Senior Managers. Jennifer has only been with Baxter Life Group of companies for a short time, working as an apprentice while studying at college.
